2. Lease of new or existing space

Requirements for Land Parcels:

• Area - 3-6 hectares
• Location – Close to main highways in large cities throughout Russia
  Utilities requirements for land plots: Electricity: 0.8 MW
• Heat: 2.1 MW
• Gas: 120 m3/hour
• Water (potable): 9.1 l/s 
  Sewage: 9.1 l/s
• Storm drainage: in compliance with regulations
• Water for fire systems: from city water system
